Generations of Faithful Service

Rev.  Wilfredo "Willie" M. Basilio
Class of 1976

Rev.  Wilfredo "Willie" M. Basilio

Pastor-at-Large I Co-host Family Matters DZAS FEBC

To mark a half-century of steadfast kingdom service, FEBIAS College of Bible (FCB) honors alumnus Pastor Wilfredo M. Basilio (Class of 1976), whose life stands as a heartwarming testament to grace, grit, and divine faithfulness. From his early years as a scholar serving pioneering ministries in Palawan and Mindoro, Pastor Willie has spent 50 years shepherding congregations, founding Christian schools, and planting churches across the Philippines. Alongside his beloved wife, Edna, he served as a guiding light at Sampaguita Christian Church, Simbahang Ebangheliko ng Pateros, and Marikina Christian Fellowship, while also shaping future ministers as an educator at FCB and extending his compassionate voice to listeners as a co-host on 702 DZAS.

Beyond his vast ministerial achievements, Pastor Willie’s journey is deeply rooted in the unconditional love of God and the unwavering bond of family. Through the most harrowing trials—a severe aneurysm in 2011, a critical battle with COVID-19 in 2021, and a major open-heart surgery in 2024—he experienced God not only as a Miracle Healer but as a sovereign Provider who carried his family through every financial and physical hardship without debt. Surrounded by his "nuknukan ng gandang misis" Edna, their two children, Wilfredo Jr. and Edna Jane, and their granddaughter Olivia Cassidy Sky, his life embodies the truth that God’s presence remains an absolute constant through every storm.

Rev. Jaime P. Tabingo
Class of 1971

Rev. Jaime P. Tabingo

Missionary / Senior Pastor of Berean Christian Fellowship Worldwide

His life is a testament to God’s transforming grace and unfailing guidance. Although he grew up in a Christian home, he drifted away from his faith during his teenage years, believing he could live independently of God.

Everything changed on December 1, 1963, when he attended a youth crusade, experienced deep conviction, and surrendered his life to Jesus Christ. Driven by his new calling and the firm conviction "I'd rather obey God than men!", he entered FEBIAS College of Bible in 1967. There, he underwent rigorous academic and spiritual formation, graduating in 1971 with a Bachelor of Theology degree.

Dr. Romeo “Bobby” L. Dela Rosa
Class of 1982

Dr. Romeo “Bobby” L. Dela Rosa

Education Leader / Founding President and CEO of Richwell Colleges Incorporated

A graduate whose life and vocation embody the transformative power of a FEBIAS education. From his foundational years in Church Music at FEBIAS, Bobby Dela Rosa built a lifelong legacy where music, education, cultural enrichment, and servant leadership converge into a single, powerful mission. Today, he serves as the founding President and CEO of Richwell Colleges Incorporated—an institution established to uplift poor but deserving students.

Under his leadership, Richwell Colleges has grown into a major educational pillar in Bulacan, empowering thousands of marginalized learners to complete their education through study-now-pay-later schemes, government-assisted scholarships, Senior High School voucher programs, TESDA-supported courses, and Tertiary Education Subsidies (TES). He also serves as School Director of PBC Sunbeam School Incorporated.

Rev. Dan Enriquez De Jesus
Class of 1979

Rev. Dan Enriquez De Jesus

Administrative Pastor of New Life in Christ-Centered Church / Writer / Editor

He initially planned to pursue Accountancy and Law, God redirected his steps through Proverbs 19:21 and the faithful witness of FEBIAS mentors. At FEBIAS, Dan cataloged books for the library, met his late wife Yolly (Reolanda Ramirez, who faithfully served alongside him for 46 years), and developed a lifelong devotion to God's Word.

Over decades of ministry, Rev. Dan served as pastor of Polo-Obando Gospel Church, editor for Conservative Baptist Publications, writer/editor for Scripture Union, church-planting missionary in Malabon, Secretary to FEBIAS Presidents (Dr. Banzuelo and Dr. Carag), and recipient of the Emma Weston Memorial Award. Today, he serves as Administrative Pastor at New Life in Christ-Centered Church.
